Cloudy and Britton custom designs and manufactures Plate Freezers for use in commercial food processing.

Plate Freezers are normally produced in ten, fifteen or twenty foot lengths and are often used as a preconditioner for  Spiral freezers. Customers may choose to use a Cloudy and Britton Plate Freezer if a unfrozen product is very soft, a plate freezer will eliminate the need for using wax paper and will eliminate belt marks on product.
